GreenPT does none of that. Every chat stays inside the European Union on infrastructure we run ourselves, is never used to train a model, and never touches a third party. Where is my data stored?
All data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union. Our infrastructure runs on Scaleway data centers in France, and your information never crosses EU borders, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and EU data protection laws.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never use your conversations, documents, or API traffic to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Every model is self-hosted on GreenPT infrastructure, so your data never leaves our environment.
Can I request a custom Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. We sign a standard Data Processing Agreement with every paying customer, and we're happy to negotiate a custom DPA tailored to your specific requirements and use case. Get in touch and our team will work with your legal department directly.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and at rest on the underlying ISO 27001 certified storage. Access to your environment is scoped per-account, with audit logging on every administrative action.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes. You can manage and delete your own conversations directly from your account at any time. On account closure, your data is removed from our active systems and purged from backups according to our retention schedule.
Who can access my conversations?
Only you, and the people you explicitly invite to your workspace. GreenPT staff have no routine access to customer content; access requires a documented support request from you and is fully logged.
