GreenPT measures the energy use and CO₂ footprint of every conversation, API call, and document analysed. Those numbers are available in your dashboard and as exportable reports, ready to drop into your annual sustainability filings. We also publish the methodology we use to calculate them, so your auditors can verify the figures against your CSRD or ESG framework of choice.
Where is our data hosted, and is GreenPT GDPR compliant?
Yes. GreenPT runs entirely on Scaleway data centres in France, so your data stays inside the European Union end to end. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every paying customer, and the underlying infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified and powered by 100% renewable energy.
Do you train your AI models on our data?
No. We never use your conversations, documents, or API traffic to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Every model is self-hosted on GreenPT infrastructure, so your data never leaves our environment and is not shared with third-party providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
What security and compliance posture does GreenPT have?
Our data centres are ISO 27001 certified, with regular external audits and 100% renewable energy. Encryption is on by default in transit and at rest, and access to your environment is scoped through per-account roles and audit logging. Our team is happy to walk your CISO or DPO through the full posture before you sign.
